Effective Date: February 20, 2026
Last Updated: February 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using tism ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Definition and Nature of Service

tism is a community networking application for autism families developed by 0.0.0 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The App connects families in the autism community with each other, local resources, events, and support groups. tism is an invite-only community designed to foster genuine, strengths-based connections between families.

3. Eligibility and Invite-Only Access

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on tism. The App is designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers — not for children to use directly.

3.2 Invite Code Requirement

Access to tism requires a valid invite code from an existing community member or authorized facilitator. By accepting an invite code, you acknowledge that:

3.3 Waitlisted Users

Users who create accounts without a valid invite code are placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted users may browse the resource directory but cannot access groups, events, connections, or messaging features until they provide a valid invite code.

4. No Publicity and Confidentiality of Community

YOU AGREE NOT TO PUBLICLY SHARE, PROMOTE, OR DRAW ATTENTION TO TISM ON SOCIAL MEDIA, PRESS, BLOGS, PODCASTS, OR OTHER PUBLIC FORUMS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM 0.0.0 LLC.

tism is an invite-only community by design. The controlled growth model exists to protect the safety and quality of the community. Specifically, you agree not to:

You may share tism privately with specific individuals you know personally (e.g., sharing your invite code with a friend, telling another parent at therapy about the app). Word-of-mouth, person-to-person sharing is encouraged. Public broadcasting is not.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination.
