Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get access to tism?
tism is currently in invite-only early access. You can join through an invitation from an existing member. We're growing the community gradually to keep it safe and supportive. If you'd like to join the waitlist, email us at support@zer000.com.
How do I add my children to my profile?
Go to the Profile tab, then tap on the "Children" section. Tap the "+" button to add a child. You can include their name, age, strengths, interests, and any details you'd like to share with the community. All child information is optional and you control what's visible.
How do I connect with other families?
Browse the feed to see posts from families in the community. You can send a connection request to any family you'd like to connect with. Once connected, you can message each other directly. You can also meet families through groups and events.
How do I find local resources?
Tap the Resources tab to browse resources shared by other families. You can search by category (therapists, activities, schools, etc.) and filter by location. Know a great resource? You can add it too so other families can benefit.
How do events and playdates work?
The Events tab shows upcoming events organized by families in the community. You can create your own events (playdates, meetups, outings) or join events others have posted. Event details include location, time, and any sensory or accessibility notes.
Can I create my own group?
Groups are moderated to keep the community safe and inclusive. You can request a new group from the Groups tab — tell us what you'd like and we'll review it. This helps prevent duplicate groups and ensures every group has a clear purpose.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. tism is invite-only with no ads and no data selling. Your children's information is only visible to families you're connected with. You control what you share. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What does "strengths-based" mean?
tism focuses on what kids CAN do, not just their diagnoses. When you add a child's profile, you're encouraged to highlight their strengths, interests, and achievements. The community celebrates neurodiversity rather than treating autism as something to fix.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the "..." menu on any post, message, or profile and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports. We take community safety seriously — harassment, discrimination, and harmful content are not tolerated.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, children's information, posts, messages, and all associated data from our servers within 30 days. You can also email support@zer000.com to request deletion.
